Meet the Team
Rowdy Green, MBA
Born and raised in Quemado, New Mexico, Rowdy grew up in the ranching business. Attending New Mexico State University with Brent, selling books throughout their time in school. He went on to get his MBA’s in Business and Entrepreneurship from Texas Tech University. Rowdy was the natural addition to the WayPath team as the practice grew.
Rowdy has an extensive and successful background in sales, winning numerous awards throughout his career.
When not helping businesses and individuals, Rowdy spends his free time with his wife Chelsea, kids Benton and Miles, in the garden, or out golfing.
Covering the employee benefits side of the business, Rowdy is driven by his passion for the freedom that a debt-free and protected life provides to clients- because he lives that life too.
Brent Gordon, CFP®
Brent comes from a rural NM town where his father owned a small business. Though he was fantastic at his craft, he never studied how to run a business. The amount of moving parts that can pull business owners in thousands of directions often seems daunting. Brent’s passion is to help alleviate financial stress and deliver plans businesses and families can both understand and use.
He graduated from New Mexico State University with a degree in Accounting. After college, he married his wife and they moved to Albuquerque. Brent became a financial advisor in August 2007. Since then, he has been blessed with two girls and spends most of his free time with his family.
Brent’s passion is driven by helping people live their best lives by recognizing the value of planning.
Tabatha Frazier
Originating from a rural town in Southeast NM, Tabatha Frazier joined the WayPath Employee Benefits team as the Agency Administrator in June of 2023. Using her twelve years of experience, Tabatha provides the agency and clients with the certainty that their needs will be met efficiently and thoroughly.
When not spending it with her daughter, Tabatha uses her time outside the office to read and has never been known to turn down a good book.
Always ready with answers and the desire to learn more, Tabatha is driven by her passion to see others succeed and live their best, healthiest lives.
Adam Frost
Natalie Frost
Natalie Frost is a New Mexico native. She was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She attended New Mexico State University, and earned a degree in Education. She started her career as a theater teacher at Cibola High School.
In 2021 she joined the WayPath team as a Medicare Specialist. She uses her passion for education to help members understand and navigate Medicare health plans.
When not working, Natalie spends her time with family and friends camping and traveling.
